This UV LED hybrid retrofit installation with chill plates made the ABG Digicon 330 machine ready to embrace new jobs with plastic substrate, overprinting, and varnishing on preprinted laminated tubes with zero waste and no color issues. 

Our UV LED systems were easy to install and there were no issues with the machine interface. Thanks to the compactness of the LED units, they could easily fit inside the machine frame for a seamless and clean integration. Only one chiller was needed for two units, perfectly matching the machine process as in step-by-step and full rotary printing.
