Description

Initial situation: original equipment UV machine with difficulty in printing on film due to excessive temperature transmitted to support. Low production speed and unsatisfactory drying.

Application: installation of MAXWELL CR with cooled cylinder, specific power 160 W/cm. Production speed 150 m/min, possibility of printing on non-supported film.
Refrigerator working temperature of 24 °C and only 6 Kw of cooling power needed against 32 Kw of overall power.
